Guy Bertrand and his team are known by their clients for their dedication and unconditional love for dogs. One of the great joys in the lives of these dog trainers is to have the opportunity to work with so many different types of dogs.

Interactive Education:
When positive motivation is given to both dog and dog owner, the learning process is much more effective, expedient and pleasurable.

The Love Of Dogs:
At the Centre Canin International, dog training is a fun exercise that develops a positive attitude for each dog (positive reinforcement training).

The Centre Canin International is member of the WUSV, RCBA (Shutzhund), CKC Canada & AKC USA.

ChampionatsAs founder of the Centre Canin International, Guy Bertrand, since 1968, embarked on a mission under the "Von D’Andico" banner, to breed and train premium quality dogs with great passion. This mission has been recognized throughout many Provincial, National, and International Competitions as well as 4 Schutzhund World Competitions and several North American Championships for the working dog.

Guy Bertrand is considered a pioneer in Quebec and in Canada when it comes to training and dog breeding. He acquired specialized dog training skills in USA and in Europe (Germany and Belgium). His special training and experience permitted him to participate and walk away with several victories at numerous competitions throughout Canada, USA and Europe.

Nicolas Bertrand:
• Official agitator for the 1991 and the 1995 Canadian Championship at the age of 16 and 18 yrs old.
• Official agitator at 4 Eastern Canada Championships and 4 Provincial Championships
• Official agitator for the Police Dog Championship in 1993
• Highest score of 99% in obedience training in 1993 Shutzhund in Canada


Harold Blanchette:
• Dog Trainer since 1980
• WUSV World Champion
• 2nd place in the North American Shutzhund Championship


Eric Pépin:
• Dog Trainer since 1996

Isabelle Cartier:
• Dog Trainer since 2002
